Scott Jenkins is passionate and experienced in the arena of Florida politics. He brings over 26 years in government relations and advocacy to the Delegal | Aubuchon Consulting team. His previous experience includes work for the Florida Bankers Association, the Florida House of Representatives and the Republican Party of Florida.
Jenkins comprehensive experience in the legislative and regulatory process, business advocacy, financial services, insurance, construction and development industries. He has been in charge of managing advocacy projects and initiatives spanning multiple states, managed multiple state and federal political campaigns, and has previously served as an advisor to legislative body leaders and committee chairs. Scott has vast experience managing multiple associations and currently serves as the Executive Director and lobbyist for the Florida Financial Services Association.
Jenkins is an alumnus of Clemson University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education, specializing in history, going on to earn a master’s degree in political science from Florida State University. Jenkins is a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management, a four-year U.S. Chamber of Commerce program emphasizing association management. Additionally, he previously served as a board member of the Florida Non-Profit Alliance and is a former member of the State Working Group for the Digital Chamber of Commerce.
